Job Title: Clinic Attendant
Responsible to: Clinic Supervisor
Job Description:
Manages sales and inventory. Must have pleasing personality. Must be willing to train.
Tasks:
• Identify customer needs and provide corresponding solution
• Examine patients’ skin (using magnifying lamps or visors when necessary) in order to evaluate skin condition and appearance
• Sell clinic products through demonstration (e.g., how to clean and care for skin properly, how to use and apply products)
• Market new promos and products, achieve sales and loyalty goals;
• Maintain clinic through stock replenishment and good housekeeping procedures
Qualifications & skill requirements
• High school diploma / diploma in aesthetics from vocational school / college degree
• Good interpersonal skills

Job Title: RECEPTIONIST
Responsible to: Operations Manager
Brief description
The position of receptionist consists of answering inquiries and obtaining information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. It also consists of providing information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees within organization.
Tasks
• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries;
• File and maintain records;
• Greet persons entering the clinic, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations (clinic attendant of patients’ choice);
• Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public;
• Operate telephone to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments of patients;
• Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents;
• Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents;
• Receive payment and record receipts for services;
• Transmit information or documents to customers, using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.

o Good customer service skills are essential for work as a receptionist. You will often represent a visitor's first impression of a company, so it is important to convey a courteous, professional, and helpful demeanor. You will need to have an excellent speaking voice and be a skilled active listener.
o Computer skills are also important. A receptionist will be expected to be familiar with standard software programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Brief description
The position of CLINIC SUPERVISOR as representative of management, support Skintrends mission, vision, strategic plan, and goals and management decisions; establish branch mission and goals.
Tasks
• Interpret and ensure self and team members are in compliance with clinic policies
• Provide leadership and manage the branch; make decisions; solve problems; maintain records; conduct meetings; represent the branch at internal and external meetings;
• Manage employees and team performance; provide new employee orientation; coach and motivate employees; evaluate; investigate complaints or performance concerns; implement disciplinary actions as needed and in consultation and coordination with Human Resources & Operations Manager;
• Manage and ensure effective employee/labor relations; create an ethical, non-discriminatory and safe work environment; establish effective communication lines; identify and solve employee problems; manage conflict, respond to grievances;
Qualifications and requirements
• Bachelor graduate
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to actively look for ways to help people, and to adjust actions in relation to others' actions.
• Ability to use computer system, to process and verify information and to resolve conflicts or negotiate.
• Two or more years supervisory experience
• One year to two years’ experience in selling
